Scientific content can be tedious, but it's important because it gives you a better intuition of what training works. In the long-term, it saves you time and energy. It produces better results.

Below, we break down the principles to how we approach creating it.

We write detailed articles. We've covered topics like how nutrition affects your body composition and how metabolism defines your low intensity endurance. When we write an article, we start by searching broadly through medical journals. We then identify common threads and piece them together to create an article. The result is non-mainstream, meritocratically selected, high-value information.

Our approach is to aggregate scientific data so that you can determine the best training approach for yourself.

For example, when we read about the factors that impact fat usage during exercise, we decided that fat usage is less important for inducing training adaptations because it is impacted by factors that do not affect training adaptations.
